Rotisserie Chicken Rub

I found this recipe several years ago. I'm not really sure where.

Ingredients

4 tsp
salt
2 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
white pepper
1 tsp
thyme, dried
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all seasonings together.

Remove and discard giblets from chicken.
Rinse and pat dry with paper towel.

Rub chicken inside and out with spice mixture.
Place chicken in resealable bag.

Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight before cooking.
