I enjoy looking for an excellent and tried marinade. Whether It's chicken or pork. Looking at ingredients in a Marinade I can tell if it will give me the taste I like without a lot of messy preparation. I also like cooking in my oven especially in the winter. These Marinades are my personal taste and I hope you enjoy them as I do.
