do-it-all marinade

I got this recipe from the August 26, 2011 issue of "All You" magazine. I marinated boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and then grilled them on the BBQ. It was very good and my husband said he liked it better then any of the "store bought" marinades we've used in the past!

Ingredients For do-it-all marinade

  • 3/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce (i used low sodium)
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

How To Make do-it-all marinade

  • 1
    Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over chicken, steak or pork; cover and chill for at least 5 hours. Remove meat from marinade, discarding marinade, & cook as desired.
