Chicken Marinade

I don't remember where I got this recipe, but I have been making it for many years. My family and friends really enjoy it.

3/4 c
cooking oil
1/3 c
soy sauce (i use low sodium)
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
1 tsp
parsley (i use dried)
1/4 c
wine vinegar (red or white)
3 Tbsp
lemon juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together in a large plastic bag and mix well. (Sometimes the dry mustard stays in little pieces). Add up to 6 chicken breasts. Let marinate 12 hrs. or overnight for maximum flavor. When ready to cook, discard marinade.
I sometimes double the recipe and add chopped red, yellow and orange peppers, and whole fresh mushrooms.
I grill the chicken outside and put all the veggies in a grill basket. Then I serve it over rice.
