Bloody Mary(marinade-sauce)

If your in the mood for something spicy...well here it is! I use it on flank steak and then make a steak salad and drizzle this sauce over the salad! But, you can use it anyway you want---use your imagination and creat a bloody good time!! LOL!

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
tomato paste
1 or 2 Tbsp
horseradish
1 medium
lemon
1 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
tobasco sauce
1 c
chopped parsley(maybe just 1/2 cup)
olive oil, extra virgin

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the olive oil. Then wisk as you pour the olive oil into the mixture.
2I reserve some for drizzling over my steak salad.
3I am a person that doesn't really measure, so feel free to add more of the ingredients! Depending on how much marinade you need, I would double this recipe!
