At the end of summer, I try to use up all the herbs I have in my garden. One of the things I enjoy making is my Herb Butters. Today's recipe is Basil, but you can use any herb you desire. Mix and match, have fun!

Ingredients For basil butter

1 stickbutter soften

basil fresh chopped ( to taste )

lemon peel grated ( to taste)
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WITH BUTTER UNTIL WELL I N CORPERATED.
How To Make basil butter

1Load in plastic wrap, zip lock bag or wax paper, and form tube.

2Make sure all air is out of tube.

3Freeze up to 6 months. ENJOY!
