Asian Inspired Ginger-Garlic Marinade

I threw this together with things I had in my kitchen, and it was AMAZING! It can be used on everything! Fish, shrimp, venison, steak, chicken, and pork!
NOTE: If you don't really like honey, you can use a few tablespoons of brown sugar instead. :)

1/3 c
soy sauce
4 Tbsp
honey or brown sugar
2-3 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
fresh ginger or ginger paste
2 Tbsp
chopped green onions
1/2 Tbsp
ground black pepper
1/4 c
juice of 1 lime

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all ingredients into a large bowl, and whisk everything together until honey (or sugar) has completely dissolved.
Marinate meats and seafoods at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
