Ingredients

1 lb
fresh rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 c
sugar

Step-By-Step

1Add rhubarb to a saucepan with a small amount of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
2Add sugar and simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
3This is great in ice cream, with plain low-fat yogurt, on pancakes, with custard or all by itself.
