combine first three ingredients. Heat to a boil stiring to dissolve sugar, when boiling point is reached add pectin, stir constantlywhile bringing back to boiling point, boil for 30 seconds. skim off foam, pour into hot jars, put lids on and processin hot water bath for 5 minutes.cool on counter and refrigerate after.

I made this jelly. It came out great. A little on the soft side. Confused about the times. Time with the pectin and water bath times. They were different then the typical times. Also most jams call for a preservative such as lemon juice. This didn't call for it and I didn't add it. Thank you for sharing !
