Makes 2 cups

Method:

Canning/Preserving

Ingredients

1 1/3 c
strawberries
2/3 c
rhubarb
2 Tbsp
raw honey or to taste
2 Tbsp
chia seeds

Directions Step-By-Step

Process all ingredients with a blender and refrigerate over night. The chia seeds will gel thickening up the fruit puree. Add additional diced fruit if you like it chunky.
