This was always a favorite of my Father. I can remember him telling us children how good it made our kitchen smell growing up.

Ingredients

4 (10 oz.) boxes frozen raspberries 2 tbsp. lemon juice 5 c. sugar

Step-By-Step

1Thaw raspberries in 6 quart saucepan. Add lemon juice and sugar. Heat quickly to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat and at once stir in 1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin. Stir for a few minutes and skim, if necessary. Ladle into jelly jars and seal with paraffin.
