honey
3/4 c
lemon juice
1/2 c
liquid pectin

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine lemon juice and honey. Bring to a full rolling boil. Add pectin and boil for 2 minutes longer. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with parafin. Makes 3 3/4 cups.
