Trish:
I am sitting here @ 1:30 a.m. w/ heartburn because I have enjoyed eating so much of your pepper jelly! It is so much easier and time saving than the from scratch recipes that I have made it twice since printing out the recipe last night. And it tastes amazing! I am sharing w/ all family, friends and co-workers; we are all loving it. Thank you for giving me my new "go to" fav recipe.
