Christmas Morning Jam

This jam was a tradition in my Grandmother's house. Its a delicious mixed fruit jam that can be made anytime of the year and is WONDERFUL for a gift. Grandma served hers with big hot biscuits but you can use this on anything, scones, toast, muffins, even pancakes.

The curry powder is my addition and I love it but not everyone does. Trust me, the jam is great without it. So make this jam the way you like it.
