Cranberries, apples, and oranges - officially the good cheer fruit of Christmas. These wonderful flavors blended with some spice to make a very flavorful jelly. Keep some and give some. A gift many family and friends can truly appreciate.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This Christmas jelly tastes like hot cider in jelly form. You mainly taste the apple, but there are lovely undertones of cranberry and citrus. This would be great on some biscuits or toast on Christmas morning. This jelly is fairly inexpensive to make so it would be great to give as gifts to co-workers, friends or even teachers. Tie a fancy ribbon on it and they will think you got it at a holiday market.
