I worked in a Polish restuarant years ago and I had to come up with a quick red gravy for our dishes that day seeing as we were out. Made a gravy that is simple quick and delishes, my children love I have to make large amounts because we not only use for our pigs in a blanket I also use for meatloaf mashpotatoes rice, sloppy joes you name it!!!

Ingredients

chili sauce or ketchup
brown gravy
cinnamon
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1In sauce pan, mix equal parts chili sauce (or kelchup)and brown gravy ( homemade or store bought) S&P and dashes of cinnamin to your liking.
2Bring to boil reduce to simmer and stir occationally, for 20-30min.
