1Combine orange peel, orange juice, jelly, claret, and ginger in a saucepan. Heat till jelly melts, stirring occasionally

2Blend cornstarch, and lemon juice till smooth; stir into jelly mixture. Cook and stir till mixture is thick and bubbly; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer
