My Mom's Mom would make this recipe every now and again, and I loved it!

Ingredients

20 oz can(s)
diced basil, garlic and oregano tomatoes,
4 slice
white bread
1 Tbsp
butter, cold
4 oz
pepper jack cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Open can of tomatoes and heat in saucepan.
Add tbsp butter.
Rip up the 4 slices of bread and put in sauce pan with tomatoes.
Add cut up pepper jack cheese.

Heat on medium heat, until cheese is melted.

Serve as a side, or over fish, etc.
