W D's Rhubarb Sauce
I have not made it yet, but should be good.
- 2 lb
- rhubarb (about 6 cups)
- 1 inch of water to pan
- 1 c
Place in sauce pan containing 1 inch of water.
Cover tightly and simmer about 45 minutes.
Add the sugar. (You may use a bit more if you like it sweet.)
Will's Tip: If the sauce isn't thick enoigh to suit me I mix a fat teaspoon of corn starch with 1/4 cup or less of water and add at the time I add the sugar and stir like helly....
