1 can pitted tart red cherries, 16 oz
In medium pan, mix about 1/2 of the sugar, the cornstarch and dash salt
Stir in orange juice and lemon juice. Stir in undrained cherries, cinnamon and cloves.
Cook and stir over medium heat til thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in remaining sugar. Serve warm with ham or pork.
