canned solid pack pumpkin
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/8 tsp
allspice
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 lb
butter, unsalted (2 sticks)

Heat pumpkin in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it dries out (about 2 minutes).

Let cool.

By hand fold pumpkin puree with nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon into butter.
