- apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
- 3 c

- maple syrup
1Boil the apples til soft.
2Use a food processor until it is a chunky puree.
3put it back in the pot, add syrup and sugar.
4bring to a boil (212' F) and continue to boil slowly 5 more minutes.
5ladel into hot jars. process in boiling water bath about 20 minutes depending on your elevation.
