Melt butter in a chafing dish. Add spices and sugar and mix. Add cherry juice and grated rind of orange to sauce.Simmer a few minutes. Add arrowroot and blend well. Add strawberries. Let simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until starch is cooked and sauce is thickened. Add liquor and ignite, letting it burn until all flames are gone. Ladle over ice cream.
