Ingredients

21/2 c
blueberries
1
small shallot minced
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
red wine vinegar
2 tsp
grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp
lime juice
1/4 tsp
each s&p

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan cook on med-high heat. Stir and simmer till sugar desolves and berries start to breakdown, about 5min.
Turn to medium low stiring occationally til sauce is thickened 20-30min.

Spoon into glass jars, refrigerate for four hours till thickened.
Great on burgers!
