Ingredients
- 2 pounds asparagus, fresh, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, fat-free
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, low sodium
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 x large hard boiled eggs, chopped
How To Make asparagus w/ garlic lemon sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Toss asparagus with oil & salt in a large bowl. Spread on a baking sheet & roast, stirring once halfway through, until tender, 15 - 20 minutes.

Step 2Combine mayonnaise, parmesan, water, worcestershire sauce, garlic & lemon juice in a small bowl.

Step 3To serve, drizzle the asparagus with the sauce & top with hard-boiled egg.
