Apricot glaze for BBQ-ed chicken

You’ll find this is a little bit tart, a little bit sweet and some heat…is there too!
And trust me this is one of the simplest and yet yummy glaze ever!
And when I am doing a ham…I add some yellow mustard …

Ingredients

1 -10 ounce jar apricot marmalade
2 & ½ tablespoons cayenne pepper “or to taste”
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons light brown sugar

Step-By-Step

1Add everything to a pot & cook on low for just about 5 minutes “ stirring constantly “ to make sure everything is incorporated & the sugar is all dissolved …cool.
2Spread on chicken, and marinade for at least 1 hour…then grille a usual…
3Chicken with the glaze on it...This is also good on pork and shrimp!
