Whipped Non-Fat Dry Milk

I was looking all over for this...and had it all along in my recipe book from my church! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 c
cold water
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
non-fat dry milk
1/4 c
granulated sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the first 3 ingredients in a 1 qt. bowl. Sprinkle the dry milk over the water. Beat with an electric mixer or beater for 4 minutes or with a rotary beater for 8 minutes until stiff.

Gradually beat in the sugar until it dissolves and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Chill for 30 minutes before using.
