Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1/2 cup scallions (both greens & whites), thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make warm bacon salad dressing

Step 1In a skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet & drain on paper towels. Reserve 3 tbsp bacon drippings. Crumble & set aside.

Step 2To skillet with drippings, add scallions & garlic. Cook & stir until tender. Stir in vinegar, sugar, mustard & pepper. Stir in bacon & heat through. Serve warm over desired salad.
