Sesame Ginger Sauce

This is a recipe that was in our local paper a number of years ago. You use it for a sauce for noodles.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 c
tamari
1/4 c
water
4 1/2 Tbsp
sugar
4 1/2 tsp
rice vinegar
2
green onions, minced
1
piece ginger, minced (1-2 tablespoons)
1 Tbsp
sesame oil

Step-By-Step

1Put toasted sesame seeds in a small food processor and process about 30 seconds - until aromatic.
2In a small bowl or 1 cup measure, whisk together soy sauce, water, sugar and rice vinegar.
3Whisk in sesame seeds, green onions, ginger and sesame oil.
