This is more of a vinegar based BBQ sauce “ vinegar in everything except the brown sugar” and is really good on chicken.
1 cup catalina salad dressing “ original”
1 cup zatarain’s creole mustard
1 cup siriacha hot sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2Simmer this on low till it is reduced somewhat & least by ½ . Let it cool and then base the chicken as usual.
