Irisa's Notes:

This is more of a vinegar based BBQ sauce “ vinegar in everything except the brown sugar” and is really good on chicken.

This is how it looks when you start to simmer it.

Simmer this on low till it is reduced somewhat & least by ½ . Let it cool and then base the chicken as usual.
