Ingredients For portobello "burgers"

  • 4 lg
    portobello mushroom caps (4 1/2
  • 1/4 c
    zesty italian dressing
  • 4 slice
    colby jack cheese
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise or horseradish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 4
    hamburger buns, split
  • 1 c
    baby spinach
  • 1 lg
    tomato, cut into 8 slices
  • 1/4 c
    sun dried tomatoes (oil packed)

How To Make portobello "burgers"

    Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • 2
    Brush tops of mushrooms with 1/2 the dressing; grill, top sides down 2 - 3 minutes or until mushrooms begin to soften. Brush with remaining dressing; turn. Grill 2 - 3 minutes or until tender.

    Top with cheese; grill 1 minute or until melted.

    Mix mayo & mustard; spread onto bottom 1/2's of buns. Fill buns with spinach, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes & mushrooms.
