4 lgportobello mushroom caps (4 1/2

1/4 czesty italian dressing

4 slicecolby jack cheese

1/4 cmayonnaise or horseradish sauce

1 Tbspdijon mustard

4hamburger buns, split

1 cbaby spinach

1 lgtomato, cut into 8 slices

1/4 csun dried tomatoes (oil packed)
How To Make portobello "burgers"

1Preheat grill to medium high heat.

2Brush tops of mushrooms with 1/2 the dressing; grill, top sides down 2 - 3 minutes or until mushrooms begin to soften. Brush with remaining dressing; turn. Grill 2 - 3 minutes or until tender.

3Top with cheese; grill 1 minute or until melted.

4Mix mayo & mustard; spread onto bottom 1/2's of buns. Fill buns with spinach, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes & mushrooms.
