Fresh, quick and easy dressing with only 2g of carbs per Tablespoon, only a trace of fat.

Ingredients

1
peach, peeled and chopped
1/2 c
buttermilk
1 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 tsp
honey
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
sugar

Step-By-Step

1Combine peach and 1/4 cup buttermilk in food processor or blender. Whirl until pureed.

2Add remaining buttermilk, the vinegar, honey, salt and sugar. Whirl to blend.

3Scrape the dressing from the processor or blender, and store in covered container in refrigerator. Serve over mixed greens or fruits.
