Directionsmelt butter. and saute onion and celery over low heat for five minutes or until just tender.Add bread cubes and saute two minutes or until butter is absorbed. Blend in salt and pepper and a dash of poultry season. Add oysters and toss with a fork. Pack lightly in your poultry or cook separately for about 30 to 40 minutes.
