onions, diced

fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
stone ground mustard
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
vinegar
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
dillweed
1/2 c
salad oil

Directions Step-By-Step

SAUTE THE BACON UNTIL BROWN; ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE TIL TRANSLUCENT. DRAIN AND SET ASIDE. COMBINE EGG YOLKS, PEPPER, SALT, GROUND MUSTARD, SUGAR, VINEGAR, WORCESTERSHIRE, AND DILL ON MEDIUM SPEED IN MIXER. SLOWLY ADD OIL AND BLEND WELL. ADD BACON AND ONION. IF TOO THICK, THIN WITH VINEGAR. ADJUST THE SEASONINGS & SERVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. DO NOT STORE.
