lemon vinaigrette dressing

This dressing goes great on spinach salads. I got the recipe from my mother-in-law Janice.

Ingredients For lemon vinaigrette dressing

  • 1 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dries basil
  • 1/3 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make lemon vinaigrette dressing

    Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid.

    Shake vigorously to mix well.

    Refrigerate until ready to use.
