- 2 c
- olive oil
- 1 c
- fresh thyme
- clean glass jar w/lid
1Peal lemons cut in strips, place in jar. Place thyme in jar.
2In pan warm olive oil (do not boil)
3Pour warm oil over lemon and thyme, cover and store in dark place, lightly shake daily. after 2 weeks strain through cheese cloth.
4Bottle in green or dark bottles. Olive oil will go bad in clear bottles over time.
