or less of milk
very well minced garlic
very well minced onion
freshly ground pepper
good quality blue cheese, crumbled
add a bit of salt if needed (wait until just before serving to decide)
freshly chopped parsley just before serving
1Mix everything except the milk,salt and parsley together and then add milk a bit at a time, until correct consistency is reached. Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours to meld the flavors. It will thicken a bit, so you may want to add a dash more milk before serving. Will keep a good week.
