Heaven Sent Blue Cheese Dressing
|1/4 c||or less of milk|
|1 tsp||worchestershire sauce|
|1 tsp||very well minced garlic|
|1 tsp||very well minced onion|
|1 Tbsp||lemon juice|
|1/2 tsp||freshly ground pepper|
|3 oz||good quality blue cheese, crumbled|
|add a bit of salt if needed (wait until just before serving to decide)|
|1 Tbsp||freshly chopped parsley just before serving|

DirectionsMix everything except the milk,salt and parsley together and then add milk a bit at a time, until correct consistency is reached. Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours to meld the flavors. It will thicken a bit, so you may want to add a dash more milk before serving. Will keep a good week.
