|1/4 c||or less of milk|
|1 tsp||worchestershire sauce|
|1 tsp||very well minced garlic|
|1 tsp||very well minced onion|
|1 Tbsp||lemon juice|
|1/2 tsp||freshly ground pepper|
|3 oz||good quality blue cheese, crumbled|
|add a bit of salt if needed (wait until just before serving to decide)|
|1 Tbsp||freshly chopped parsley just before serving|

Bottled Blue cheese dressing is simply awful, and making salad dressings is really easy. Make in small batches or larger, just make it! If you like this recipe see others at my website: mybestcookbook.wordpress.co...
Mix everything except the milk,salt and parsley together and then add milk a bit at a time, until correct consistency is reached. Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours to meld the flavors. It will thicken a bit, so you may want to add a dash more milk before serving. Will keep a good week.
