Ingredients

avocado
1 1/2 c
fat-free buttermilk
1/4 c
each of freshly chopped tarragon, parsely, mint, sorrel and/or cilantro
1/2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
rice vinegar

Step-By-Step

1Peel and pit avocado
2Puree avocado with buttermilk, herbs, vinegar and salt in a blender until smooth. Chill before serving
