This recipe came from a restaurant in Vermont called The Dog Team Tavern was a big landmark till it burned down a few years ago! You will not be disappointed!

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1/3 c
dry mustard
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
basil
1 Tbsp
marjoram
4 clove
garlic
1 1/2 c
oil ( i prefer olive oil )
1 1/2 c
vinegar ( i like mixing apple cider vinegar and balsamic )

Directions Step-By-Step

1
mash the garlic into dry ingredients and rub well. Add oil and vinegar. Makes about 1 quart.

Oh I have too make this..I love Marjoram in anything. I have to give this a try. Thank you for sharing!
