sea salt

chives, bunch

olive oil, extra virgin

red wine vinegar

dijon mustard
1 tsp
garlic, minced

fresh thyme sprig

1To prepare salad, alternate tomato and onion slices on a platter. Sprinkle with salt. Top with thyme and chives
