Creamy Queso Anejo Dressing (Aderezo Cremoso con Queso Anejo)
vegetable oil, olive oil or a mixture of the two
grated mexican queso anejo, romano or parmesan
Combine all ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth. Taste and season highly with additional salt, if necessary.
Pour into a jar with a secure lid and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well immediately before use.
