Creamy jalapeno dressing

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- one jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and ground cumin
1pulse mayonnaise, buttermilk, scallions, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and cumin in a food processor until scallions and jalapeno are minced and dressing is combined.
2This is a good dressing to serve on fish tacos. Makes about 1 cup at 53 calories per tablespoon.
