corn kernels, frozen
vidalia onion, chopped
mexican blend shredded cheese with cream cheese

bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
Heat dressing in skillet on medium high heat. Add vegetables; cook & stir 8 - 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese & sour cream; cook on medium heat 3 -5 minutes or until cheese is melted & mixture is heated though, stirring.
Top with bacon & cilantro.
