Cranberry Vinaigrette

The first time I ever tasted this, I was sick and a girlfriend brought this over help pamper me back to health. It immediately became my favorite salad dressing. It goes beautifully with either a fresh green salad or a green salad with fruit. My husband and I love it over a salad I make with grilled chicken, dark greens, fruit and cashews.

Ingredients

1 c
cranberry sauce
1/4 c
red wine vinegar
1/4 c
water
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 tsp
dijon mustard
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Whisk together by hand ( or I use my Bullet Blender ) until well blended and serve over your favorite salad.

2Refrigerate.
