In a food processor; add the cream cheese, cilantro, ranch dressing mix, and some pickled jalapenos. (start with a small amount and add according to your "heat" indicator). Add a little bit of the pickled jalapeno juice to thin the dip.
For Salad dressing add less pickled jalapenos, but more pickled jalapeno juice. This will still give you the heat, but allows the dressing to have a smooth pouring consistency.
