Bleu Cheese Dressing

This is wonderful on salads and in baked potatoes. Actually, it goes well with anything that accompanies beef.

yields 3 cups

1/2 c
sour cream
1/4 c
white vinegar
4 tsp
granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp
onion powder
4 oz
crumbled bleu cheese
2 oz
crumbled roquefort cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together the first 7 ingredients then stir in the crumbled cheeses. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. This is better if left in fridge 6 hours, but it keeps if tightly covered and refrigerated for 3 weeks.
