Bleu Cheese Dressing

Gary Hancq

A Great Salad Dressing. Also Great for Buffalo Wings or Celery and Carrot Dip.

I first titled this "Blue" Cheese Dressing but thought it might be confusing. I know it's really "Bleu" but I'm not French. And the Spell Checker doesn't like "Bleu" either. Italian Gorgonzola would solve the problem. And it's just as Yummy.
