Brad's StoryWe love balsamic vinaigrette but until we took James Bond's advice on how he prefers his martinis the dressing just didn't pop with flavor -- now it does! Shaken but not stirred, or wisked!
extra virgin olive oil
hot sauce (to taste)
1Combine all ingredients in a shaker container – shake until blended and chill. Shake again before serving. (Yes, just like 007 it is better shaken not stirred!)
2This makes a bunch of dressing that we refrigerate and have on hand all the time. You can cut the recipe in half and still have enough for a couple of salads.

Great Idea! I think pasta would be good. Also it might be a good marinade for seafood or chicken! I also used it over sliced tomatoes and soft mozzarella cheese!

In the new Villages, FL 2014 phone book, on page 183, the ingredients
for the Warm Macaroni and Veggie Salad do not match the cooking instructions. Please send correct instructions to me.
