007 Balsamic Vinaigrette

Brad Heintz Recipe

By Brad Heintz backyardneighbor

We love balsamic vinaigrette but until we took James Bond's advice on how he prefers his martinis the dressing just didn't pop with flavor -- now it does! Shaken but not stirred, or wisked!

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a shaker container – shake until blended and chill. Shake again before serving. (Yes, just like 007 it is better shaken not stirred!)
This makes a bunch of dressing that we refrigerate and have on hand all the time. You can cut the recipe in half and still have enough for a couple of salads.

Great Idea! I think pasta would be good. Also it might be a good marinade for seafood or chicken! I also used it over sliced tomatoes and soft mozzarella cheese!
