We love balsamic vinaigrette but until we took James Bond's advice on how he prefers his martinis the dressing just didn't pop with flavor -- now it does! Shaken but not stirred, or wisked!
extra virgin olive oil
hot sauce (to taste)
1Combine all ingredients in a shaker container – shake until blended and chill. Shake again before serving. (Yes, just like 007 it is better shaken not stirred!)
2This makes a bunch of dressing that we refrigerate and have on hand all the time. You can cut the recipe in half and still have enough for a couple of salads.
