Zippy Radish Dip

This dip/spread really DOES taste great! BUT - after you chop the radishes be sure to drain them well, because the dip becomes VERY watery if you don't drain them.
This is zippy with a peppery taste; different than the usual dip.
Very low-salt, but you won't miss it!

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
butter, softened
1/2 c
mayonnaise
dash of celery salt
dash of garlic powder
3/4 c
finely chopped radishes - drain very well, and pat dry with paper towels
1/4 c
finely chopped green onion, both white and green part

Step-By-Step

1Blend butter with mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix in radishes and onions. Refrigerate until cold. Serve with crackers or plain chips.
