Ugly Dip

This dip has a little kick to it. Usually if I double it, I make it with one can of original Ro-Tel and one can of Extra Hot Ro-Tel. No matter where I take this dip, I always get requests for the recipe. Enjoy!

pinch tips: How to Cut Avocado (Like a Pro)


1 can(s)
(del monte) fiesta corn
1 can(s)
(ro-tel) diced tomatoes and green chilies
8 oz
sour cream
1 c
mayonnaise (do not substitute miracle whip)
1/2 tsp
1 bunch
green onions, chopped
2 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain corn and tomatoes with green chilies in colander.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar together until smooth.
Add drained corn and tomatoes with green chilies to sour cream/mayonnaise mixture.
Stir in onions and cheddar cheese. I save a tablespoon or so of the green onions to sprinkle on top when finished.
Serve with corn tortilla chips.
